Rad Racks provides a 2-year warranty from date-of-purchase to the original purchaser.

Rad Racks warranty covers any and all original manufacturers defects in material or workmanship of the rack's metal components. The warranty is void when used for anything beyond the rack's intended design purpose. Warranty does not cover defects beyond Rad Racks control. This includes, but is not limited to, the following; mis-use of rack, overloading, modifying, used on a recreational vehicle, failure to assemble correctly, failure to secure items, theft, or standard wear-and-tear on rack parts or components. In no event shall Rad Racks be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is non-transferrable. 

Rad Racks offers a refund up to 30 days of original purchase date if you are unsatisfied with your rack. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping or assembly fee will not be credited and there will be a 7% restocking fee once return has been received. Returns are not available for items purchased on sale. If items are damaged due to return packaging (ie: damaged paint), we may not be able to provide a full refund.
