Rad Racks Club offers free assembly on all pickup orders. Our warehouse is based in Langley, BC, Canada. Please allow 2-4 business days to have your order ready for pickup.

Shipping is free for all Canadian customers. For US & International shipments, cost & carrier varies by shipping zone. Typical bike rack shipping cost ranges between $125-$195, and items will be delivered in two separate boxes, unassembled. Please allow 2-4 business days from date of purchase for your order to be shipped.

Rad Racks provides a 2-year warranty from date-of-purchase to the original purchaser.

Rad Racks warranty covers any and all original manufacturers defects in material or workmanship of the rack's metal components. The warranty is void when used for anything beyond the rack's intended design purpose. Warranty does not cover defects beyond Rad Racks control. This includes, but is not limited to, the following; mis-use of rack, overloading, modifying, used on a recreational vehicle, failure to assemble correctly, failure to secure items, theft, or standard wear-and-tear on rack parts or components. In no event shall Rad Racks be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is non-transferrable.
